Her elegant photos stood out. The first pregnancy and the first child are a special occasion! Something like that should be celebrated with "glamour and glory"! Sonja has a wonderful way of doing things that captivated us from the start. We booked the combination package - maternity + newborn. She is a "baby whisperer". It is not easy to find a good photographer in Switzerland. But Sonja has the vision to capture the story and love of the people present with her camera, and she has the art of capturing the story in a photo with the right light and the right position. Simply divine!

Sonja is highly professional and super personable - I felt totally at home in her studio with my baby bump because Sonja quickly made me feel good. The pictures turned out incredibly beautiful - I don't usually like myself in pictures, but Sonja understood exactly how I like to see myself and implemented it. The price is absolutely justified, even if it seems a bit expensive at first glance - PS: we would recommend the maxi package (we took the medium one). We were particularly impressed by how Sonja took such great photos of our son (9 days) and our older son (2 years) at our home.

The pictures from the maternity photo shoot and the newborn photos are fantastic! She showed me as a pregnant woman in the best possible light, edited the photos with so much love and gave us a lasting memory of this magical time. I can 100% recommend Sonja Ruckstuhl Photography. I have already been to her three times and the photos she took are beautiful and an unforgettable memory for us. You can tell that there is an artist behind the camera. It was the first time I went to Sonja for the maternity photos and I was delighted. She welcomed me very warmly and I always felt very comfortable before and during the shoot. She takes requests into account and guides you professionally to the various poses. We decided to do something special for our son's 1st birthday and booked Sonja for a family photoshoot. It was an amazing experience, we had so much fun! We wore different outfits and at the end of the session my son fell asleep so Sonja came up with the idea to photograph him sleeping... so sweet! She is an amazing photographer and the photos are so beautiful! We will do it again.

It really is a unique experience and I can recommend every pregnant woman to have Sonja photograph them during this special phase of life. It is a completely different kind of maternity photography and I think she doesn't take pictures, she creates art. As a woman it is an absolutely amazing experience to be able to feel so special and beautiful. I am absolutely thrilled and couldn't believe that I could look like that too.
